I truly enjoyed my stay at Park Regis Griffin Suites. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist, providing tram schedules every morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting to St Kilda. The quiet atmosphere at night contributed to a restful sleep.
Parking was quite limited.

Limited housekeeping services during extended stay, bathroom products were mediocre, air conditioning and taps had maintenance issues, lack of streaming options in room, and overall decor felt tired and dated.

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and pretty clean. I liked that there was plenty of tea and coffee, which was nice. The bed was comfy, but the TV was kinda old-school. The lift shook a bit after leaving the lobby, which caught me off guard, but you get used to it. it was a decent place to crash, especially being close to a tram stop for easy city access.

The room size was generous and well-arranged, providing a spacious feel. Amenities exceeded expectations, offering great value for the price. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom contributed to a pleasant environment. Plus, I found the staff helpful with local tram information, making it easier to explore the area.

Spacious family apartment!
We had a blast! The 2-bedroom apartment was super roomy for our fam. The kitchen was great for easy meals and there was a nice living area for hangouts. Staff were really helpful with the tram info too. Only bummer was the parking was a bit tricky at times.
